Growing up under a dictatorship regime in Uganda ignited in Paul Mutebi a lifelong quest for healthy, character-driven leadership. That early experience became a defining moment that shaped his passion to develop leaders who change the world through integrity and excellence. With two Master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching & Consulting, membership in the John Maxwell Team, and over three decades of work across non-profit organizations spanning 45+ countries, Paul brings a rare depth of cross-cultural wisdom and practical expertise to every engagement.
